Sakura Mochi ‘Kansai Style’

Sakura season was about to close , Sakura Mochi arrived from Miyuki Hyodo, Japanese pastry chef in NYC. Splendid pale pink color, very unique flavor, silky texture rice cake, pickled sakura leaves add more zest, delicious! I enjoy very much my luxurious moment!
